De Bismarck hangpapegaai of hangende groenvoorhoofd papegaai (Loriculus tener) is een kleine soort uit de Psittacidae papegaaienfamilie. Ze zijn inheems in de bossen van de Bismarck Archipel in Papoea Nieuw-Guinea. Ze worden bedreigd door habitatverlies. Soms worden ze gezien als een ondersoort van de hangende Oranje voorhoofd papegaai.
